　　膠乳制品加工工藝中英文版

　　橡膠膠乳與橡膠干膠雖然都屬橡膠類，但其加工工藝及最終制品的性能卻有極大的不同。膠乳工業(yè)是以膠體化學(xué)為基礎(chǔ)，有其獨特的工藝。

　　膠乳制品加工工藝與干膠制品加工工藝相比，具有如下許多優(yōu)點：

　　膠乳能生產(chǎn)很多干膠無法生產(chǎn)或生產(chǎn)很困難的產(chǎn)品。但膠乳本身因含水較多，成型后的半成品仍含有大量水分，由于這些水分不易除去，影響了膠乳在生產(chǎn)厚壁制品的應(yīng)用，且天然膠乳變異性較大，不易控制穩(wěn)定性和一致性；另外，膠乳的直接補(bǔ)強(qiáng)也未得到很好解決。這些問題如解決得好，有望直接利用膠乳制造輪胎及其他膠乳制品，膠乳工業(yè)將更加興旺發(fā)達(dá)。
